How on-site works

No feature is held back on a smaller plan. A six-room guest house counts as six bedrooms and pays ₦25,000 on Starter. Seven three-bedroom apartments count as 21 bedrooms and pays ₦47,000 on Desk. Desk and House are priced per property. Group Start and Group are one price for the whole group. Extra bedrooms are charged monthly at the rate shown, and every price includes 7.5% VAT. Every plan includes unlimited staff accounts, free guest Wi-Fi codes and free updates.

Do cheaper plans lose features?

No. Every property gets the complete system whatever it pays. Plans differ only by how many bedrooms and properties they cover.

What happens when the free trial ends?

Nothing disappears. Choose a plan to continue and every record from your trial stays in place.

Will my staff need long training?

Itura uses plain hotel language and focused screens, so teams can learn around their normal shifts.

We take most payments by transfer. Will that work?

Yes. Itura helps match each claimed transfer against the bank statement before it becomes confirmed money.

Can we switch off modules we do not use?

Yes. Optional areas can be hidden hotel by hotel without deleting the records behind them.

Does Itura work for serviced apartments, not just hotels?

Yes. Apartments run on the same live system, with bedroom counts, security deposits kept separate from guest bills, and condition reports with photos at check-in and check-out.
