Sabi Networks Limited
Disclaimer
Last updated: 11 September 2026
Itura helps hotels run and account for their operations. This disclaimer sets out, plainly, what the platform does and does not guarantee.
1. Software, not an audit
Itura records what your staff enter and derives totals, reports and risk flags from those records. It is operational software, not an audit, an accounting opinion, or a guarantee that no loss or fraud has occurred. A clean Leakage Shield means no anomalies were detected in the recorded data — it does not certify that all money was handled correctly.
2. Your records remain your responsibility
Each hotel remains responsible for the accuracy of the data it enters, for its statutory books, tax filings (including VAT and any applicable state levies), payroll, licensing and its relationship with its guests. Reports produced by Itura are aids to those obligations, not substitutes for them.
3. No professional advice
Nothing in Itura — reports, suggested prices, help text or communication from our team — constitutes legal, tax, accounting or other professional advice. Consult a qualified professional for decisions that require one.
4. Availability and accuracy
The platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it accurate and continuously available, but we do not warrant that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that third-party services it touches (networks, payment providers, bank statement formats) will always behave as expected.
5. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, Sabi Networks Limited accepts no liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the platform. Our aggregate liability is capped as set out in the Terms of Use.
