Sabi Networks Limited

Terms of Use

Last updated: 11 September 2026

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Itura, the hotel management platform operated by Sabi Networks Limited. They form a binding agreement between Sabi Networks Limited and each hotel or individual that creates an account on Itura.

1. The parties

Itura is provided by Sabi Networks Limited, a company registered in Nigeria with its address at 129 Iju Road, Lagos (“Sabi Networks”, “we”, “us”). The customer is the hotel, hotel group or individual that registers for an account (“the hotel”, “you”). Guests who stay at your hotel are your own customers; their relationship is with you, not with Sabi Networks.

2. The service

Itura is hotel management software covering, among other modules: front-desk bookings and check-in/check-out, room status and housekeeping, guest billing and receipts, point of sale for bar, kitchen, restaurant and pool, payment recording with claimed-versus-confirmed states, bank-statement matching, cash-shift reconciliation, daily and group reports, guest Wi-Fi code management (provided as a free amenity — internet access is never sold through Itura), Leakage Shield risk flags, company and event billing, and a mobile owner view. Individual hotels can switch optional modules on or off without affecting the core workflow.

3. Accounts and roles

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep sign-in credentials confidential. Access inside Itura is role-based (owner, duty manager, front desk, and similar). You are responsible for assigning correct roles to your staff, for every action taken under your hotel’s accounts, and for removing access promptly when a staff member leaves.

4. Subscriptions, plans and payment

Itura is offered on subscription plans priced per room, published on our pricing page. Every plan includes the complete Itura system; plans differ only by the number of rooms and properties covered.

  • Plan limits (active rooms and number of hotels) are enforced by the platform. You cannot exceed your plan’s room ceiling or property count without upgrading.
  • Fees are payable in advance for each subscription period. Our Refund Policy applies to all payments.
  • We may suspend a hotel for non-payment. During suspension the account becomes read-only: records remain accessible, but new bookings, charges and payments cannot be recorded until the balance is settled.

5. Free trial and wind-down

New hotels may use Itura free during a trial period. When a trial expires, the account enters a seven-day wind-down window during which you can still check out in-house guests, record payments and close cash drawers, but cannot create new bookings or new charges. After the wind-down window the account becomes read-only until a paid plan is activated.

6. Your data

You own your hotel’s data — bookings, guest records, charges, payments and reports. You grant us the right to process that data solely to operate, maintain and improve the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data or your guests’ data to anyone.

You are the data controller for personal data you collect about your guests. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect it (including identity documents), for configuring your chosen retention period, and for your own compliance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act.

7. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • use Itura for any unlawful purpose or to process data you have no right to hold;
  • share accounts between individuals or allow unauthorised access;
  • attempt to probe, disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform;
  • use Itura’s Wi-Fi code tools to sell internet access — guest Wi-Fi on Itura is a free, stay-linked amenity;
  • misrepresent recorded transactions or use the platform to conceal revenue.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep Itura available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update the software and these Terms from time to time; material changes to the Terms will be notified through the platform or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use Itura after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period as described in the Refund Policy. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these Terms, unlawful use, or non-payment. On termination you may request an export of your data within 30 days, after which we may delete it.

10. Liability

Itura is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, Sabi Networks is not liable for indirect or consequential losses — including lost revenue, lost bookings or loss of goodwill — arising from use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lagos State, unless the parties agree to arbitration first.
