Sabi Networks Limited

Refund Policy

Last updated: 11 September 2026

This policy explains when subscription payments to Sabi Networks Limited are refundable and how cancellation works. It covers Itura subscription fees only — payments between a hotel and its guests are the hotel’s own affair.

1. Try before you pay

Every hotel starts on a free trial with the full system. We encourage you to run real shifts, bookings and reconciliations during the trial so you know exactly what you are paying for before any money changes hands.

2. No refunds on paid periods

Subscription fees are charged in advance for each period and are non-refundable once a paid period begins, in whole or in part. This applies whether or not you use the platform during that period, and to both monthly and annual arrangements.

3. Cancel anytime

You may cancel at any time from your billing settings or by emailing sales@sabinetworks.com. Cancellation stops future charges; your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for, followed by the seven-day wind-down window (check-outs, payment recording and drawer closes remain possible), after which the account becomes read-only.

4. Plan changes

Upgrades take effect immediately and are charged pro-rata for the remainder of the current period. Downgrades take effect from the next period; the difference for the current period is not refunded.

5. Exceptions

If we take a payment in error — a duplicate charge or a charge after a confirmed cancellation — we will refund the erroneous amount in full once verified. Report billing errors within 30 days of the charge. Statutory rights that cannot be excluded by contract remain unaffected by this policy.

6. Questions

For anything about billing, write to sales@sabinetworks.com with your hotel name and the charge in question. We aim to respond within two working days.
